Free Standard UK Delivery for all orders over £7.50 any order under £7.50 will incur a flat rate charge of £3.95 per order - 2 to 4 business days.
Faster UK Delivery is available for any value, size or weight of order at a flat rate of £4.95 per order - 2 to 3 business days.
Express UK Delivery is available for any value, size or weight of order at a flat rate of £11.99 per order - 1 to 2 business days.

International Delivery
Customs and Import Taxes
From the 1st July 2026 We now collect & pay the custom duties & tax plus UK admin & handling charges for your county and these costs have been added to the standard tracked shipping costs for your country
Please note, We can Not send nail varnish/polishes, Perfumes or pressurised spray cans outside the UK, your order will be cancelled if placed.
Europe rate is a flat charge of £34.99 per order (max 3 items per order) Tracked 3 -15 Days.
1st July 2026 - Custom charges are included in the flat charge and paid directly to your government authority. European customers are only allowed 3 items per order, if you purchase more than 3 items on the same order, these will be cancelled & refunded
Rest of the world is a flat charge of £31.99 per order - Tracked 5 -15 Days (regardless of weight or number of items)
USA is a flat charge of £31.99 per order, (regardless of weight or number of items) which includes all new Tax & Admin Charges - Tracked 5 -15 Days.
International Customers
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION** If you do not collect your order from your post office or refuse delivery for any reason, the postage costs, custom duties and tax WILL NOT be refunded, once we receive the unused item back. you will ONLY be refunded for the product,
All International orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail, Please log into your act or access the confirmation email sent to you with the tracking details, so you can track it progress.
We are not responsible for delays due to packages being held at customs.
Also
1. If you supply an incorrect delivery address details
2. Purchase an item that has restricted entry to your particular country, (Please do your research before purchasing an item)
3. Do not claim or collect your package from your local post office/delivery company
4. Refuse delivery
5. Do not pay any local charges due to your counties regulations, forcing its return......
Then, we will only refund the item/product cost, once we have received the item back to our registered office, printed on the front of the delivery label/info. Returned deliveries can take between 2-6 weeks.
The postage/shipping/duties/tax charges will not be refunded. The exchange rate may also be different at the time of the refund, depending on your bank.
You may also incur bank/credit card charges for the original transaction and/or the refund, which is out of our control.
