The polish even has a self levelling effect so that the nails look smooth and like they have been painted in a salon. Directions
Apply a thin coat of base coat - we recommend Kensington Caviar base coat. Apply 2 thin coats of the colour. Finish with one generous coat of top coat - we recommend Kensington Caviar top coat.
