The wide brush ensures the polish is easy to apply and the formulation self-levels for an immaculate finish. This polish comes in a brand new bottle shape with matching high gloss cap. We recommend teaming the gel effect polish with our Kensington Caviar Flawless base coat and Kensington Caviar Gel Effect Plumping top coat. Directions Apply one coat of base coat to all nails. We recommend Kensington Caviar Flawless base coat. Apply two coats of gel effect polish, leaving time for the polish to dry in between coats. Finish with one generous coat of top coat.
